What’s happening on the day?
We will inspire and assist you in building a step-by-step, practical, relevant and tailor-made Action Plan for the next 90 days, aimed at driving more profit in your business.
These high energy sessions will be a mixture of high-class learning throughout the morning, followed by reflection and focus on building a great 90 Day Plan throughout the afternoon.

Who should attend?
The workshop is designed for business owners and senior managers who will get the most benefit from the day, although anyone is welcome. Many business owners choose to bring one or two of their senior team too as it’s a great opportunity to get them fully engaged with your growth plans, whilst rewarding them with bespoke learning.
Who else will be there?
Like-minded business owners who care passionately about their business and who want more profit, more time and more life. Some attendees are regular clients who are working with one of our award-winning coaches. Some attendees regularly attend these workshops to focus on their business planning and ensure that they complete plans every quarter. Other attendees will be at the workshop for the first time. Whatever stage you’re at and whether you’re a regular or just curious to check this out, you can be assured of a warm welcome.
